Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't upgrade, your account reverts to the Free plan. You keep all your bookmarks, but Pro features (AI summaries, full-text search, highlights, archive) become read-only until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a student or nonprofit discount?
Yes! We offer 50% off Pro for students, educators, and nonprofits. Contact us at hello@bookmarkme.io with proof of eligibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for Team accounts.
When will the Team plan be available?
The Team plan launches in Q2 2026. Join the waitlist to get early access and a founding member discount.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
