Step 1: Export from your browser
- Open Chrome and click the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right
- Go to Bookmarks and lists → Bookmark manager
- Click the three dots menu (⋮) in the top right of the Bookmark manager
- Select Export bookmarks
- Save the HTML file to your computer
- Open Firefox and press Ctrl+Shift+O (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+O (Mac) to open the Library
- Click Import and Backup in the toolbar
- Select Export Bookmarks to HTML...
- Choose a location and save the file
- Open Safari on your Mac
- Go to File → Export → Bookmarks...
- Choose a location and save the HTML file
- Open Edge and click the three dots menu (⋯) in the top right
- Go to Favorites → More options (⋯)
- Select Export favorites
- Save the HTML file to your computer
Step 2: Import into Bookmarkme
- Open the Bookmarkme extension and click Import in the sidebar
- Drag your exported HTML file into the drop zone, or click to browse
- Choose which collection to import into
- Click Import — that's it!
Tip: After importing, try clicking Summarize on any bookmark to let AI auto-tag and categorize your bookmarks for you.
